Hair Care Line Extension: 360 Digital Campaign
In 2023, Jack Black expanded its hair care lineup with three new specialty products: an Exfoliating Scalp Scrub & Shampoo for dry scalp and buildup, a Hair Density treatment for volume, and a Leave-In Balm for frizz and dryness. Launching all three simultaneously posed the challenge of clearly communicating each product’s unique benefit and usage.
To support the debut, we created a 360 digital campaign that educated and engaged consumers across key touchpoints, including a custom landing page, emails, paid and organic social, and e-commerce. Visually, the campaign leaned into the collection’s signature green packaging, brought to life through a hero image featuring dynamic green ribbons—a symbolic nod to hair movement and transformation.
