PROJECT: 360 Digital Campaign, Photo Art Direction, Videos
In 2024, Jack Black (not the actor!) launched a duo of specialty products that hyper-focused on moisture. This was a huge launch for the brand, including a rename/repackage of an existing product and a brand new serum. We faced the challenge of balancing the excitement of newness of the serum and creating awareness with current customers for the renamed product. The secondary challenge is that these niche products required more education to help the consumer understand how they fit into their routine.
This campaign required strong hero photography, multiple e-commerce deliverables, multiple email touchpoints, paid social assets, and beautiful videos that excite and inform.
This project involved close collaboration with our in-house creative team, which played a crucial role in art directing the collection’s hero image, new product smear, and hero shots for the individual products for each product. Additionally, we collaborated with a third-party agency to create videos, model photography, and supplemental photography. I traveled to New York to attend the video and photoshoot as a representative for the creative team, ensuring the videos aligned with the work being created in-house.
